Corey Dingman NHPC
With over a decade of experience in therapeutic care, Corey has been practicing orthopedic massage since 2012. He has a unique educational background that allows him to treat muscular and structural dysfunction. He uses precise trigger point therapy and targeted soft tissue techniques to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery. Corey believes lasting results happen when hands-on care is combined with practical rehabilitation strategies. Clients often leave sessions with exercises and movement guidance to help maintain progress between visits and prevent recurring issues. Outside the clinic, Corey is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who enjoys staying active through hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog. “I absolutely love working as a Registered Massage Therapist, and helping people manage their pain, improve their range of motion, and treat numerous conditions, such as piriformis syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. During my treatments, I focus on a combination of relaxation and deep tissue techniques, using General Swedish Massage. I also work on stretching and strengthening specific muscle groups, and use techniques such as joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, and other modalities that assist with scar tissue, trigger points, and other dysfunctions. As well, I provide remedial exercise recommendations to aid clients in their recovery at home. I am beyond excited to move back home to Macklin and see so many familiar faces, as well as expand my knowledge working alongside a chiropractor and physiotherapist.”

Candace Swanson
Hello, my name is Candace Swanson. I’m truly excited to share my love for yoga postures, breath, and philosophy with you. Off the mat, I bring 26 years of experience as a registered nurse, which deeply influences my mindful, supportive approach to teaching. My husband and I live on an acreage and farm, and we have three teenage children. Yoga has opened my eyes to how essential balance, stillness, and breath are in our busy, often hectic lives. I’ve practiced yoga since 2017 and dove more deeply into the practice in 2021, discovering it as a powerful tool for both resilience and calm. My hope is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect—with your body and yourself. I would love for you to join me on this journey as we dive deeper into this ancient practice. Namaste 🤎
