I grew up in Macklin, spending most of my time playing sports or working at Rona, and as a lifeguard at Macklin Pool. I graduated from Macklin school in 2016, from there I moved to Red Deer, and then made the journey to Newfoundland in 2017. I received my diploma from Academy Canada in Development of Health and Human Science in Massage Therapy, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in the fall of 2020. Since receiving my diploma I have completed various continuing education courses including, Myofascial Cupping, Gua Sha, Optimizing Hip and Knee Function: Management for Osteoarthritis and Lower Extremity Replacements, and an in depth course of Fitness Theory and Exercise Physiology.
I absolutely love working as a Registered Massage Therapist, and helping people manage their pain, improve their range of motion, and treat numerous conditions, such as piriformis syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. During my treatments, I focus on a combination of relaxation and deep tissue techniques, using General Swedish Massage. I also work on stretching and strengthening specific muscle groups, and use techniques such as joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, and other modalities that assist with scar tissue, trigger points, and other dysfunctions. As well, I provide remedial exercise recommendations to aid clients in their recovery at home.
I am beyond excited to move back home to Macklin and see so many familiar faces, as well as expand my knowledge working alongside a chiropractor and physiotherapist.

Andrea grew up near Denzil and has always loved life on the farm. She has always felt a connection to animals and is a registered veterinary technologist! She practiced for many years in the veterinary profession but after becoming a mom and learning about helping children in this world she was lead on a new exciting path that introduced her to craniosacral therapy. After seeing the amazing changes craniosacral therapy produced within her family she was intrigued and completed a Sharecare course through Upledger Institute in Florida which taught her the basics of the craniosacral system and therapy. Upon completion she knew this something she needed to learn more about and in 2019 Andrea completed Craniosacral Level 1 and continued on to complete Craniosacral Level 2 in 2021. In 2023 she completed her Somatoemotional Release 1 which even furthered her deep connection with the body’s tissues. Andrea is extremely passionate about helping others find joy in life by finding tools that can help them embrace each moment of life and avoid getting caught up in the stress and panic of today’s society. In 2023 she also completed her Usui/Holy Fire First &Second Degree Reiki and loves to combine energy healing within her treatments.
Andrea has been practicing Craniosacral therapy for the last five years while still helping on their grain and cattle farm and chasing her two boys in all their activities. Dr. Jill Graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2017.
She began her extensive wellness education with a kinesiology diploma at Red Deer College where she became a certified personal trainer. She then went on to the University of Alberta to complete a degree in Sports Performance through the faculty of Phys.Ed. While working as a fitness trainer at a highly regarded multi-disciplinary athlete-focused clinic and fitness training center in Edmonton, Jill became fascinated with the knowledge of her chiropractic colleagues. She too wanted to know all she could about the human body, how it moves, and how to get patients feeling better, faster. Dr. Jill has now been in practice for over five years and is very excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to her hometown community of Macklin. Her goal is to create a multi-disciplinary clinic as well, a one-stop wellness shop for her community to feel inspired to focus on improving overall health and well-being. Dr. Jill prides herself on being able to treat her patients with effective, but safe and gentle, techniques. She offers a variety of treatment styles to allow for even the most nervous of chiropractic newbies to feel comfortable and confident in their care. Be prepared for some assigned homework, as stretches, stability exercises, dietary/supplement recommendations, and workstation set-up suggestions are all part of Dr. Jill’s custom care plans to ensure your care is wholistic.
